Manages the overall operations of the Casino Beverage Floor Ensures the beverage service at Caesars Entertainment is distinguishable from competitors in the area. Manage long term finances, including budget preparation, capital expenditures and analysis of financial performance. - Assist the Director of Beverage Operations in establishing strategy and positioning. Think strategically and operationally about factors such as beverage concepts/trends, pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, customer satisfaction, employee training and development as they relate to the overall Beverage products. Motivates and mentors’ supervisory team: Manages safety and sanitary conditions of all assigned areas to preclude liability and ensure integrity of necessary for liquor licensing and health permits. Supervises team development: hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions, terminations, sensitive employee relations problems and department morale. Assists with financial and business operating plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property.
