About the Internship The Human Capital Summer Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the center of a dynamic, people-first organization, directly supporting initiatives that shape the employee experience across the agency. As part of the Human Capital team, the intern will contribute to high-impact projects spanning, employee engagement, communications, and organizational development and gain exposure to how strategic HR drives business outcomes. This role sits within a collaborative and forward-thinking department that is reimagining how we attract, support, and retain top talent, giving the intern a front-row seat to meaningful transformation work. Throughout the experience, the intern will build critical skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision-making while working alongside experienced professionals and leaders.
