Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of management experience in high-volume distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 400+ employee team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
