In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients and our billing operations, ensuring a smooth check-in experience while supporting the early stages of the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in insurance processes, committed to excellent customer service, and comfortable handling both administrative and financial responsibilities in a fast-paced medical office environment.
