Overview The People Operations Assist Analyst will be a part of the North America (NA) Employee Relations Operations. The role will be responsible for supporting NA E2E Employee Investigations (Speak Up, Employee Concerns, and Appeals). The role will evolve over time to support People Business Partners (PBP) Operational Transactional work as part of NA’s Employee Relations needs. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, think strategically, have superior verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative/curious mind, and maintain high levels of confidentiality and customer service. This role is a Hybrid role, requiring 3 days in office (nearest location to you), home workspace is also required with ability to engage in private discussions without distraction.
