Senior Project Manager – Civic SUMMARY: At XL Construction, our Senior Project Managers lead with purpose and precision—blending strategic planning, technical execution, and team development to drive successful project outcomes. In this role, you’ll oversee every aspect of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with safety, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
