Your Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components - Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures - Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures - Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness. - Validate machines, tools and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems. - Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
