About the Role: The Senior Manager – Delivery (T&C) is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the T&C project and initiative portfolio, ensuring high-quality execution that delivers measurable business and employee experience outcomes. This role oversees a team of project and delivery professionals and partners with T&C Product Owners, Digital/Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and external vendors to deliver strategic and operational initiatives across the HR function. The role is accountable for delivery governance, planning, prioritisation support, execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realisation. It ensures work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organisational policies, frameworks, and strategic priorities.
