Executive Strategy and Operations Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, chief of staff, or program management roles within a technology or marketing organization. - Experience working directly with and preparing materials for executive stakeholders (Director/VP level). - Experience in managing events, forums, or rhythm of business operations (e.g., all hands, offsites, quarterly business reviews). Preferred qualifications: - Experience in using generative AI tools to streamline workflows, including but not limited to meeting summarization, content drafting, data analysis, and presentation creation. - Ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Ability to translate high-level executive goal into actionable, strategic plans and operational processes. - Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable frameworks.
