Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an ADON: - Responsible for assisting the DON with the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the Health Center and Assisted Living departments. - Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, maintenance of care plans and the medical records of the residents. - Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts.
