Job Title: First Line Risk & Control Testing Manager Location: CityScape What you'll do: This role is a first line of defense risk professional responsible for support and/or execution of various risk programs and Business Unit (BU) risk activities in adherence with the Company's Risk Appetite and Corporate Strategy. This role is responsible for engaging with the Business Units in management of risks and controls across all risk types, monitoring execution of risk policies, procedures, and/or program requirements, to effectively manage risks, and serving as an effective communication channel between the Risk Management Department and business units. - Support in the development, implementation, and execution of the control testing and reporting programs for both operations and technology - Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of testing results including validation activities - Leads the team in performing testers who preform walk-throughs and provides consultation on existing and new controls. - Assisting in the development of a robust testing plan to monitor for control health - Identifying and evaluating emerging risks and present findings to Product/function leaders...
