Job Identification: Pick up, transport, and delivery of materials required to produce ready-mix concrete and other materials. Description: - Perform daily Department of Transportation pre- and post-trip truck inspection including checking all fluids such as oil and antifreeze - Consult with the load master at the terminal for instructions - Proceed to the hatch stand, climb onto platform, if available, release and open the hatch. If there is no platform, driver must climb ladder attached to tanker/trailer - Proceed to scales, ensure tanker position is in correct loading area, receive load - Check load to ensure weight is within regulations.
