Senior Manager, Global Engineering Project Delivery (HVAC) Location: The actual location of this job is in Portsmouth, NH The Sr. Project Engineer/Manager (HVAC) is responsible for the design of all HVAC related activities, involving & driving in the execution and hand-over of CAPEX investment projects in US Integrated Biologics (INB) areas within safety, cost, schedule, quality and functionality. This is a Senior level position responsible for HVAC and Building Automation System engineering and coordination between all engineering areas and contractors and ensures that systems meet building concepts, technical standards, local codes, and global GMP regulations. This role is responsible for leading all design phases from feasibility and basic of design studies, detailed design phase, construction execution, commissioning, and documentatio through system acceptance. The Sr. Manager will lead and coordinate local and remote teams of HVAC Project Engineers / Leads / Contractors, planning the allocation of HVAC project engineering resources to support project requirements and key performance metrics.
