As a MSIP Advisor at Vancouver Coastal Health you will: - Promote a safety culture to eliminate musculoskeletal occupational injuries. - Develop a musculoskeletal injury prevention program for VCH staff, in conjunction with other team members, based on a needs assessment. Perform activities such as reviewing the learning needs through observation of work activities, discussing with unit/department/site supervisor/staff, and analyzing departmental statistics and Worksafe BC data, including costs. - Select appropriate modules/materials and/or develops training modules/materials to reduce musculoskeletal injuries. Enhance the MSIP learning system by providing material in a number of formats, including training sessions and online courses.
