Part Time Food and Drink Runner/Busser roles for our pub The Rosy Hue in Elephant and Castle (SE17 1GQ).: At The Rosy Hue, we passionately believe that everyone who walks through our doors is a guest, and everyone who works here is a host. What would be expected of me?: - · Clearing and resetting tables when needed. - · Running food and drinks to guests in a professional and friendly way. - Clearing glasses & plates efficiently - · Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. - · Refilling water glasses and assisting with drink orders as needed. - · Assisting with basic bar preparation tasks such as helping to stock up fridges and back bars, filling up ice wells and cutting fruit for service. - · Upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the pub.
