Total Compensation Range: €45,000-€73,000 The Position: We're building the marketing engine at Hive, and this role is at the centre of it. We need a Growth and Performance Marketing Manager who doesn't just manage campaigns, they obsess over them. You will have a direct line to the Head of Marketing, with opportunities for real mentorship, real feedback, and an important role to play to help build marketing function from the ground up. You are someone who wakes up checking attribution data, spots a leaking funnel stage before anyone else does, and already has three ideas to fix it. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain. It's for someone who wants to build, break, rebuild better, and keep going. If you've constructed a B2B demand generation engine before and you're hungry to do it faster, smarter, and with more at stake this is your seat.
