Position Description PRIMARY PURPOSE:Perform Loading Plastic pellets via spreaders on to railcars with training provided in accordance with work instructions ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Yard Master knowledge • Putting railcars in the system with proper information• Drying, capping and sealing railcars to load • Staging railcars with Trackmobile from one track to the other• Perform all duties safely, effectively and efficiently• Adhere to all company policies and procedures• Participate in daily Safety / Quality talks• Report all incidents and near misses• Perform all daily housekeeping duties including picking up trash in your area, clean up any pills, clean drains and break rooms• Comply with cross training as required• Understand and comply with all safety • Ask questions concerning product integrity, product shortages or equipment quality• Other duties as trained and assigned.
