What you'll be doing: - Own end-to-end delivery of P&C projects (strategy, design, execution, adoption). - Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture and other functions to define scope, objectives, and success measures. - Oversee project management methodology for the People Team, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and business relevance. - Work closely with the People Tech & Data team to select, implement, and embed a project management tool that supports cross-team collaboration. - Apply agile planning approaches and adapt delivery to the realities of a fast-paced, scaling business. - Lead and motivate project teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability. - Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks with proactive mitigation. - Prepare and deliver project updates for Exec-level and senior leadership forums. - Mentor and coach j...
