About the role: The Resident Services Professional is responsible for providing customer service support. As the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will provide accurate information, support leasing activities, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless resident experience from initial inquiry through move-in and beyond. Hourly pay range: $24.00 - $26.00 DOE This is a full-time, temporary position with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
