Licenses and Certifications Licenses/Certifications: Req: Pref: And/Or: CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional X: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS). Proven knowledge of overlay networking (SD-WAN, VXLAN, VPN, GRE). Knowledge of firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network access control (NAC). Familiarity with wireless protocols (e.g., 802.11 standards), WLAN design, and wireless security. Proficiency in using tools like SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other network performance monitoring solutions. Experience with deploying and managing multiple virtual machines, configuring virtual networks and storage, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Intermediate administration skills for Windows and Linux systems. Understanding of storage technologies (NAS, SAN, Fibre Channel). Advanced skills in documentation and using Visio/LucidChart.
