Full‑Time • Hourly • On‑Site • Day Shift (5:00am–3:30pm Monday to Thursday, Overtime on Friday as needed) Join our team as a Welder and help build high‑quality, industry‑leading products. In this role, you’ll use your welding skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety to fabricate and assemble structural components that keep our customers moving. Starting at $21.00 / hour + DOE What You’ll Do: - Interpret layout drawings, welding diagrams, and work orders to plan daily tasks - Set up equipment and prepare work area for welding operations - Lay out, position, align, and fit components in jigs/fixtures - Tack, weld, and assemble components using flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead techniques - Inspect welds for bead size, quality, and accuracy; perform pressure tests - Grind, chip, or smooth welds to meet specifications - Use tools such as chop saws, plasma cutters, torches, and belt sanders - Repair and rework metal components—including straightening, reshaping, dismantling, and reassembling - Change gas cylinders and weld wire as needed - Safely operate forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down), power buggies, hoists, and scissor lifts - Maintain a safe work environment and...
