Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a client with complex care needs. This role is suited to someone with strong clinical support experience and confidence working with high-support clients. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. - Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. - Support healthcare professionals in delivering medical treatments and procedures. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations. - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. - Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by qualified staff. - Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
