Your main tasks: Portfolio Strategy Management: - Seize the opportunity of new ideas by conducting analysis using various sources - Build idea or project business cases for new products & roll-out of existing products by aligning on the assumptions used with regions / market units / Business Unit. - Conduct analysis to define future portfolio and optimization opportunities for existing portfolio through profitability, growth potential, and complexity analysis. - Continuous reporting of market strategic dynamics, strategic competitor activities (partnerships, acquisitions, new competitor entry, investments, etc.) in key markets. - Create new launch codes by aligning Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing to ensure seamless MTS planning cycles. - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio gaps to identify strategic opportunities. Performance Management: - Track existing product performances and conduct critical analysis on plan vs. actual deviations in responsible region. - Track the business case evolutions through the planning cycles until end of the projects. - Conduct post launch evaluations for all new product launches by comparing business case deviation...
