Key Responsibilities: - Reviews travelers, print, and insulation BOM; verifies material availability and condition. - Confirms vacuum integrity before starting insulation (per leak test protocol). - Cuts, fit, and install insulation on shells, heads, and piping; applies adhesives, bands, or jacketing as specified. - Completes check sheets for vacuum readings pre/post insulation (critical for leak detection traceability). - Strict adherence to EHS protocols, including respirator fit test and PPE (gloves, sleeves, scissors, knives, etc.).
