Interior Design Coordinator

Job description

Description The Interior Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective, high quality, and timely delivery of multiple luxury residential design build projects from Construction Documentation through Construction Administration. This includes support and coordination of all internal and external design professionals to produce high quality interior finishes results in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The Interior Design Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the Interior Design Operations Manager in special projects or quality control initiatives. Responsibilities: - Promote and encourage the alignment with Blue Heron Core Values, Policies, Philosophies, Processes, and Methodologies - Coordinate with Interior Designers and incorporate all Blue Heron interior design standards, details, keynotes, and actively contribute to the development and documentation of interior drawings and interior design best practices - Production of high-quality design deliverables using Revit - Synthesize design concepts from SketchUp to Revit - Ensure that the design vision is accurately implemented in the field through consistent communication with the interior design...
