Job Description: Reports To: The Environmental Services (Maintenance) Director will report to the Executive Director. The Maintenance Director position is an exempt, salaried position. Job Overview: Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 Yearly Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community. Maintains the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
