On top of supervisory responsibilities, this position will be responsible for leading and/or actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process re-design, analytical report development, and special projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: YES: This position has supervisory responsibility and/or has input into decisions concerning the recruitment, training, professional development, performance management including termination, and retention of teammates necessary for the team to achieve key departmental goals and objectives.
