Account Executive, New Business Sales (Multiple Languages)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in an advertising sales or business development role. - Ability to communicate in English and Polish, Czech or Romanian fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy. - Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment. - Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
