What You Will Achieve: Coach area leaders on leading in an OpEx environment problem-solving leading tier meetings, performing GEMBA walks, coaching, and problem-solving activities​. Participate in Continuous improvement events including but not limited to Kaizen events, Value Stream and/or Area Transformations (“mini-t”), employee training, data analysis, lean project management​. Capture timely and accurate data when required​ for studies or improvement projects. Apply and teach the following lean tools: 5S, SMED, Visual Management, PDCA, problem solving, Kanban, Standard work, Production System principles​.
