Job description

The Scrum Master has primary responsibility of ensuring the effective application of Agile practices and Scrum framework to project execution and facilitating the learning and growth of one or more Agile teams in developing a Lean-Agile mindset, improving practices, and guiding them to more predictable delivery. The Scrum Master plays a role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams, as well as, modeling and promoting Agile values and principles. Your Day to Day: - A servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. - Facilitates all sprint ceremonies within the Scrum Framework – Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement, Mid-Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. - Ensure team understands the purpose and principles to all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team is value focused throughout each iteration. - Acts as a change agent to support continuous improvement of the team and optimize delivery. - Develops and implements continuous improvement plans.
