Position Overview: We are seeking a Wetland Ecologist / Environmental Scientist to support complex environmental and land-use projects. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional with expertise in wetland science, regulatory permitting, and client-facing consulting. The position combines technical field work, regulatory coordination, project management, and mentoring of junior staff. The successful candidate will work closely with landowners, developers, engineers, planners, and local, state, and federal agencies to deliver practical, compliant, and balanced environmental solutions.
