Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic Fort Collins, CO | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek (Tuesday–Friday) | No Weekends If you’re an infusion nurse who’s burned out on hospital pace—or tired of unpredictable schedules—this role is intentionally different. This is a low-volume, outpatient infusion role where you can focus on patient care, use your IV skills regularly, and work a consistent, predictable 4-day schedule. What Makes This Role Different: - Low patient volume (8–10/day across the clinic) – not a high-throughput infusion center - 3 infusion chairs (with a 4th as needed) – manageable, controlled environment - You’ll typically manage 2–3 patients at a time - Set schedule: Tuesday–Friday – no nights, no weekends - Built for consistency and sustainability, not shift coverage What You’ll Do: - Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies - Manage patients across 2–3 infusion chairs simultaneously - Monitor patients for infusion reactions and complications - Provide patient education and maintain a high standard of clinical care - Collaborate with the infusion team and practice leadership - Utilize advanced IV support tools (including UV vein finder technology) - Maintain...
