Description Summary/Objective: The controls technician represents CMS Controls by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for all service-related controls tasks. These tasks include spot / emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, and small repair projects. Controls technicians work closely with the dispatcher and their team leader for daily assignments and weekly scheduling. In this position, you will establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers. In doing so, you will utilize effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
