This highly visible role will partner closely with senior leaders, client-facing teams, Technology, and Data organizations to drive data‑driven decision-making and optimize loan pricing and returns. You will own and support the methodologies, tools, and analytics that guide loan pricing, return on equity (ROE), and capital allocation—playing a critical role in shaping pricing strategy, portfolio performance, and long-term profitability. - At least 2 years of direct team management experience - Deep expertise in loan pricing, client profitability, and financial modeling. - Strong understanding of bank capital methodologies (e.g., Basel, RWA, ROE frameworks). - Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to proactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities. - Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence across functions.
