Senior Business Controller – Digital

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to act as the strategic finance partner for our Digital business. In this role, you will manage and improve the Plan & Control cycle of Ecom, Marketplaces and Beauty Tech with data driven decision making. As part of the Digital MT, you challenge and support senior business partners with sharp analysis and a clear point of view. Combining strong business partnering with deep analytical expertise, you strengthen performance management across Digital. You build scalable omni planning and reporting processes that drive topline growth and sustainable profitability. You will be part of the central Control & Analytics team in Amsterdam and report to the Head of Line of Business Control. Key responsibilities: - Act as a solid business partner of our global Digital team with a leading role in planning, analysis and reporting in close coordination with Market Control. - Mastering the (Omni) Consumer Sales data on Online Sales & KPI's up until EBITDA and CAPEX. - Improve insights by developing new standards for Digital topline forecasting for Ecom and Marketplaces, Digital Performance Marketing and securing cost control including...
