Team/Role Overview: The Senior Process Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities. This role works in close coordination with the Compliance and Control team to develop and manage a dedicated internal Know Your Client (KYC) program at Citi. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytical skills and experience in process improvement, operating with a high degree of autonomy and exercising independent judgment. What you’ll do: Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions and process optimizations.
