AstraZeneca's Respiratory Biologics team is currently recruiting a Business Manager role for our Victoria West territory. Building on a proven end‑to‑end model that has strengthened our leadership in biologics and improved patient outcomes, we are building capacity in Victoria. - VIC West - Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo What you’ll do: - Build expert knowledge of AstraZeneca’s respiratory biologics value proposition, to identify win‑win‑win solutions. - Drive responsible uptake and initiation growth at territory, state and national levels. - Map and prioritise hospital accounts using local patient/pathway insights; segment and target DMUs (respiratory physicians, pharmacy, DTCs, nursing, administrators). - Develop and execute territory business plans; analyse performance (quant & qual), course‑correct, and execute with excellence. - Develop strategic partnerships and relevant stakeholders to optimise access and outcomes. - Execute in‑person, virtual and digital engagement with sustained cadence; champion compliant, data‑driven omnichannel to optimise reach, frequency and content; coordinate peer‑to‑peer education and scientific exchange.
