Description The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, Department of Medicine, at the University of Washington invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, without tenure due to funding (WOT), with an anticipated start date of September 2026. Specific rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications as generally described in UW’s Faculty Code Section 24-34 . We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct research focused on HIV and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Scholarship, teaching, and clinical service will be considered integral to this position. Clinical work will be both inpatient and outpatient and will focus on outpatient care in the General Pulmonary clinics, as well as inpatient service based on division and section needs at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) or Harborview Medical Center (HMC).
