Collaborating with the Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication team, you will play a crucial role in aligning events with our business goals. You handle event requests for the company and make sure each event becomes a success. Your Key Responsibilities: - Handling event requests, which involves sending and following up on invitations, sourcing creative activities, and ensuring logistics and on-site coordination. - Preparing and sending out newsletters and communications. - Hosting webcasts. - Designing and implementing surveys. - Collaborating with the Business Development team to integrate business objectives into event planning. - Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as required. - Ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to deadli...
