Job title: Business Improvement Implementation Specialist Location : Homebased Spain or UK We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Implementation Specialist to join our Regulatory Services (RS) stream, reporting to the Business Improvement Lead. This role contributes to investigations, system configuration and setup related to improvements to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in supporting improvements in information systems, platforms, information management, practices, procedures and organisation changes. This is full time, permanent role homebased in Spain or UK. Some national and international travel may be required. Responsibilities: Support the Business Improvement Lead to define the approach needed to achieve strategic and operational goals on improvement projects. Interfacing with key systems, to gain knowledge through analysis of the RS processes, procedures, systems and associated regulatory requirements to allow for effective identification of and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
