Responsive recruiter Benefits: Expanding local owners of Right at Home , are seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to help ensure that our clients continue to receive the best possible home care available in northwest Indiana. The Care Coordinator will have four primary responsibilities: (1) provide quality assurance by training caregivers and conducting supervisory visits; (2) conduct comprehensive in-home assessments for clients and prospective clients; (3) create and maintain individualized care plans for our clients (4) assist with scheduling caregivers for appropriate shifts.
