The Position: As a Reliability Engineer, you are optimizing site infrastructure and utility systems (HVAC, RO/DI, gases, etc.) through trend analysis and data-driven strategies to maximize reliability, efficiency, and resource utilization. You drive operational excellence by conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to resolve recurring issues, improve maintenance plans, and minimize equipment downtime and process bottlenecks.
