Minimum qualifications: - 15 years of experience with technical infrastructure (network, data center, machines) and business systems infrastructure. - 10 years of experience developing and monitoring business metrics, including project delivery and supply chain, identifying causes for under-performance, and using metrics for on-going operations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading and scaling complex supply chain operations. - Experience directing and developing large globally distributed teams responsible for critical supply chain functions such as strategic sourcing, planning (demand, supply, inventory), manufacturing, logistics, or supplier management. About the job: The Director, Delivery Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for integrating the business, supply chain, and customer-focused program operations of network delivery.
