Job Title: Lead Residential Air Conditioning Installer Employment Type: Full-Time: Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience) + piece-rate / performance pay Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Air Conditioning Installer to oversee and perform high-quality residential HVAC installations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage installation crews while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to hourly pay, this position offers piece-rate incentives for efficient, high-quality installations.
