Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the Slot Technical Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, major overhauls and modifications to various casino assets as well as other assigned duties. Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilities: - Maintains and repairs slot/video machines and associated progressive meters on gaming floor - Responsible for mechanical and electrical repairs at the circuit board level - Maintains and repairs gaming-related units such as automated card shufflers, Cage equipment (currency counters), Park and Pay, and HERMES printing machine - Complies with pre-determined internal controls and procedures - Complies with safety and security standards - Performs machine installations, moves and conversions along with ensuring that such activities are properly documented to comply with regulatory and internal requireme...
