- A Spring Creek Barbeque Head Cook/Pit Master is a highly responsible person who can have fun in a fast-paced, high energy environment, where everyone on the team works hard and works together to ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy. We are a family-owned buffet style restaurant serving delicious Texas-Style barbeque for over 39 years. We are looking for energetic individuals with great attitudes. - HOURS - Tuesday through Sunday (6-days a week). - Generally 5AM to 2PM. Different shift times may be offered and discussed during the interview process. Job Description: - Cook meats and prepare other food items each day. - Once service begins, slice meats and serve plates to guests. - Keep area clean and maintain equipment - Putting away deliveries. - Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to: - Must be at least sixteen (18) years of age. - No Beards. - Requires being on your feet. - Requires lifting heavy objects. - Some qualities of a successful Head Cook/Pit Master… - Good Attitude - High energy - Previous Restaurant experience - Very Reliable and Responsible - High Integrity
