What the job i s about As a Senior Scrum Master (Agile Coach), you are an expert in guiding Agile Transformations , focusing on improving Agility, Culture, Processes at Team level. Your mission is to cultivate high-performing , self-managing Agile product delivery teams that consistently deliver customer value. As a natural leader , you ensure Agile principles are embedded in day-to-day delivery of your team. Beyond your direct team, you play a pivotal role in strengthening Agile maturity across the organization by mentoring other Scrum Masters and actively contributing to the development of our delivery culture.
