Job description

Purpose: Field Install Team Supervisor (FITS) directly supervises the activities of Field Install Specialists Overseeing various project sets in Floor & Decor retail environment to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and maximize inventory turns. The supervisor direct the work priorities of FIT teams (2 associates) based on the directives of the DFM, NSVM group, and regional leadership partners. Maintaining strong relationships with F&D store personnel is critical to ensure consistent merchandising goals are met. The FIT teams will service a multi-store market which will require daily travel to different locations. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: - Minimum of three years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company - Experience working in a retail environment and merchandising departments - Proven problem-solving and team building skills - Excellent organizational skills - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Must be detail- oriented - Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure - Abili...
