The program offers onsite psychosocial and primary care supports aimed at promoting stability, wellness, and self-sufficiency within a supportive community environment. Residents receive a wide range of supports, including intensive case management, harm reduction and addiction support, therapeutic and supportive counselling, 24-hour staffing, assistance with activities of daily living, nursing services, life skills development, and social, recreational, and volunteer opportunities.
