In this key role, you will prepare high-quality group financial statements and elevate our consolidation processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our exciting journey, transforming the Group Accounting Department into an IFRS Excellence Center for the entire tesa Group. Your Responsibilities: - Steer the preparation of quarterly and annual group financial statements in compliance with IFRS. - Oversee and perform consolidation activities and ensure accurate integration of financial data from all entities. - Lead the IFRS goodwill and asset impairment test process and align with all relevant parties. - Act as the IFRS subject matter expert and trusted advisor across all group entities. - Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies; drive continuous improvement of accounting standards and procedures. - Promote efficiency through the use of IT tools and AI applications, identifying opportunities for automati...
